After years leading talent acquisition for one of North America’s largest bottlers and working in Europe placing top technical talent, I saw the same challenge everywhere: companies struggling to find leaders who understood the rhythm, rigor, and responsibility of food production. Quality, food safety, plant operations and supply chain roles weren’t just “positions to fill” — they were the backbone of every successful brand.

With over a decade of recruiting experience across the U.S., U.K., and Europe, I’ve helped food and beverage manufacturers build leadership teams in Quality, Food Safety, Operations, and Supply Chain. From small-batch producers, growers to global brands, I’ve seen how the right people can transform both products and culture.
Before founding Thrive Collective Partners, I led large-scale recruitment functions for a leading food and beverage manufacturer — experiences that shaped my belief that hiring should always be guided by ethics, transparency, and partnership.
